COMPLAINT HANDLING

In the unlikely event that you feel dissatisfied with any respect of our service, the Compliance Department will undertake an independent assessment of the complaint with a view of understanding what did or did not happen and assess whether we have acted fairly and examine if Coinfx24 has met all of its contractual obligations. A comprehensive written response will be provided within a maximum of eight weeks of receipt of the original complaint.
